If you still have the app
Open mise, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and follow the steps there. This permanently removes your account and cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app installed
Email us at support@miseapp.com.au with the subject line "Delete my account," including the email address your account was registered under. We'll confirm the deletion is complete within 7 business days.
What gets deleted: Your account and personal information. Compliance records tied to your business are kept securely as part of your food safety history — this is unaffected by your account being deleted, and reflects standard record-keeping practice for food businesses.
